When I go to Cost Call Culator all my ratebooks shows expired:
For this specific installation TNG Live seems to have a problem getting the MAC address. TNG Live needs this to verify the licensing. Since it cannot you get the 'Ratebook Expired' message.
Currently there is no TNG Live update to fix this (as of 20120205).
Suggestion: Re-install TNG Live
- Steps:
- Stop the TNG service.
- Once the TNG service is stopped,
make a backup of the folder 'C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\data'. - Start the TNG service.
- Uninstall TNG
- Rename the 'tng' folder.
- Run the TNG install.
- Stop the TNG service.
- Once the TNG service is stopped, copy the backup 'data' folder over the installed one.
You will then have all your historic call details and user/extension configuration back. - Start the TNG service.
NOTE: to have access to the attachment, you need to be registered and logged in.
