When I start the tng service, I get a time out error

I cannot log into TNG. I get a page cannot be displayed error.

I want to manually start the tng service in Windows, but I get a time out error.

START -> CONTROL PANEL -> ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS -> SERVICES.
Please right-click on the tng service and select PROPERTIES. Check the file path for where the tng.exe is located. Now navigate in My Computer to that file location to see if a tng.exe file is present.

If you have anti-virus software or spyware and tng.exe is not allowed it can see it as a threat and remove the exe. If this is the case you need to upload the tng.exe. NOTE you cannot use the tng update (dtx file) as it will try to stop the service (which is not running) and will thus fail.

Please save the attached file and unrar it, password is 'datatex'.
tng-1.0.7.0-password.rar

Save the tng.exe you extracted in the file location for tng.exe (as specified under services).
The default file path is 'C:\Program Files\datatex\tng'.

NOTE: If you had an older version than 1.0.7.0 of TNG, you cannot use this 'tng.exe'.
You will get subscription/license error messages.

You need to save this file in the tng folder (as per file path in services for tng).
Go to START -> CONTROL PANEL -> ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS -> SERVICES, click on tng and then the start link.
Log into TNG webadmin.

NOTE: to have access to the attachment, you need to be registered and logged in.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
