I made a conference call and I can find the transfers from the individual parties, but not the actual conference call.
- All extension taking part in the conference call must be a recorded device and configured to be recorded on the AMETHYST and Mitel side:
- AMETHYST:
- AMETHYST webadmin Home page -> Configure Recorded Devices
If listed here the device is licensed to be recorded on the AMETHYST side. - AMETHYST webadmin Home page -> Configure Cardserver/CRE, in 'Assigned' block.
If listed here the device will be recorded, if configured and connected under the MSL.
If in the 'Unassigned' block, please move to 'Assigned' block and save changes.

- Supervisor access:
The supervisor must have access to all recordings made. Supervisor access is per user name (and not extension). With the MitelCRE solution we get the User names from the Mitel PABX. The user names are configured on the Mitel Phone book. This is the user names the AMETHYST Supervisor must have access to.
AMETHYST webadmin Home page -> Configure Supervisor, select Supervisor login and check if the Supervisor has access to all the required user names.
NOTE if no user name was configured then the user name will show as AMTCARDS/AMTMITELCRE.
