Check the following in Windows:
Update Drivers:
Close the USB Client.
Start -> Control Panel ->
System Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manger
Choose "Sound, Video and Game Controllers", then "USB Audio Device",
If there is a yellow question mark next to "USB Audio Device",
you have an error.
Right-click, choose "Properties", click on the "General" tab.
This will display your "device status".
If there is an error, click on "trouble shooting" for details
about your error.
Find the USB Audio device that is not working correctly and just
use the Update Drivers button.
Open the USB Client.
