Can VoIP record internal calls?

We will record the calls being streamed via the PABX.

If a Point to Point call is made, it will not be recorded.

On the Mitel it is set by default for local streaming, this setting must be changed to record internal calls.

Please contact your PABX supplier for settings for your PABX brand and model.
