- Required for Activation:
- On the TNG Home page, click on the 'License Agreement' icon.
- Scroll down to the 'Subscription' section:
- Follow the steps listed. Your serial number is displayed in the 'Current Subscription' section under the 'Expiry date'. Contact subscriptions on +27215924033. The new subscription number will only be released if your subscription is up to date. If it is a new installation, the first years subscription is include and the number will be released. If you upgraded from 1.0. to 1.1.1.7, then you will get a subscription key to match current expiry date.
- Once the new subscription number is entered(include '-'),
click on the 'Complete Subscription Process' button:
NOTE: expiry date moved up 1 year! - If your TNG subscription expired before 20110801, then you will get the following error message:
Why? The Telkom ratebook was released 20110801 and NeoTel 20120301. You need to get your TNG subscription up to date to allow the TNG 1.1.1.7 update.
- TNG Serial number(you need to provide this number to Datatex for subscription process).
