When I do a live listen, there is no screenshot

I am using AMETHYST 1.6 with AMTMitelCRE recording and AMTClient for popups. In Supervisor under 'View Agents' I can click on the agent link to go to the live listen screen, but no screenshot is available.

In the Supervisor log it has the following entry:
[2012-04-25 09:21:23] Version [1.6.4.6]Error in GetMonitorShot(:27004): Valid name, no data record (check DNS setup).

NOTE: The AMETHYST server must be allowed to connect to the PC to 'collect' the screenshot. In AMETHYST Webadmin under 'Configure CTI Devices' it will not display an IP address for this agent, if no communication is in place..

For AMETHYST to communicate with the AMTClient:

  • AMTClient must be running on the agent PC.

  • Please check that the port is not blocked on the agent PC (where AMTClient is running).

Conclude: To have a screenshot AMTClient must be installed on the agent PC.
