AMTMitelCRE: I have no telephone numbers in Supervisor

I am using the AMTMitelCRE recording solution. When I search for recordings in Supervisor, they have no telepone number only:
  • date and time
  • extension
  • duration

Overview:

This call details is provided by the AMTMitelCRE recording solution. To have telephone numbers,etc. you need the call details provided by the PABX. With the Mitel PABX we use our AMTMitel software.

Solution:

  • Log into AMETHYST webadmin.

  • In the System block (top right-hand side), check if there is a 'Start AMTMitel' link. If so, you AMTMitel software has stopped and needs to be restarted. Click on the link and when running again it will show 'Stop AMTMitel'.

  • To check if AMTMitel started up succesfully: Click on the 'View Logs' link (middel top block). Select todays date and the amtmitel link. Scroll down and check last entry. Note it can take 5 - 20 minutes to startup, depending on how many devices it must load for monitoring.
