Incorrect time on TNG program.

Hi team

I have a issue with a SL1000 where the call list time is incorrect on the TNG but correct on the raw data. Please advise me on this. Also after assigning the new plugin PNEC_96i_Rev2.dll i am not receiving any data from the system. I tried setting it back to the initial plugin but still nothing is working. Please advise.

The output format in your post is not that of the SL1000, refer to forum post for example of rawdata/output file: PABX3 PLUGIN: NEC 96i Revision 2

You need to use the 'PNEC_Aspire_v6r0.dll'. See example below with rawdata file you provided and output of plugin(note the date and times matches):
