TNG for Epygi, adding number in EXT field

1. Please have a look at the report right below, there where there is 1 red star could you tell us how it is possible to have a cell nr as an extension?
2. Underneath the “Selection Criteria” where there is 2 red stars it shows the “Department” is not set and there is also no User? Please could you investigate why this reports are showing this. All users and Pin codes are added in the system.

Hi Frank,
I don't see the red stars that you are taking about.
Can you please attach the HTML or PDF version of the report, so that we can see the exact info.

To the question regarding a telephone number in the extension field:
If the call was transferred from an extension to a Cell number, it is possible that the source device is then a Cell number and no longer a Extension.

If there is a Extension in the Number Field, it might be be that the call record was interpreted incorrectly, in which case, we would need to know more about the call and also get the Raw/Debug log file.
