Scenario 1:
I am using Internet Explorer version 8. When I pull the report the first time, the call details are displayed. When I then pull the same report thereafter again, the gears just keep on turning and no search result/report is ever displayed.
Solution:
You can log out of TNG. Close the browser. Open a new browser session. Log into TNG and pull the report again. The report will now display again.
If instead of closing the browser you just clear the cookies and cache, then pull the report again and it will display the report.
It proves that it is a browser setting issue and not TNG.
