Amethyst e-mail: not recording

This means that TOPAZ has call data,
but there is no recording in AMETHYST
for this call data received from TOPAZ.

The recording did not start
and therefore there is recording in AMETHYST to match
the TOPAZ end of call data received.

Possible reasons:

Recording device:
Recording device not plugged in.
Recording device is faulty.

Trigger Level:
The recording never started:

Configure the line / extension recordings:
Ensure that AMETHYST is setup to record the lines and/or extensions.

I can see the agent on the AMETHYST server, but not on the supervisor

How do I configure my AMETHYST to record extensions (line recordings)
