To see the format of the pin code, untick the '
Swop Pin and Account Code' option. Make a couple of pin code calls. Then check the export file for the day of the test calls.

AccountCode'. Check that the pin code you configured under 'Configure Users' is displayed here. If not this is why you get the '
PLEASE ADD USER' entries when swop pin and account code is ticked.
You need to configure the pin code under '
Configure Users' as it is displayed in the 'AccountCode' field.
Once done with your testing, please tick swop pin and account code again. Note that the calls made while unticked will not show on your User detail reports, as the pin code is in the Account Code column. It will show on the extension and account code reports.
