Why does my Configure CTI Devices updates not taking affect?

I made changes on the 'Configure CTI Devices', after clicking on APPLY it goes back to the Home page. When I go check if my changes took affect, it has not updated.

Overview:

Please note that if you make changes on this screen, AMETHYST will access the agent PC via the network to update the changes. The agent PC needs to be available.

NOTE:

Depending on how many changes you made and thus how many agents it must access, it can take a while to show the changes you made. If you do not see it update, do not make the same changes again - give adequate time for update.
