The last entry in the 'raw.txt' file was for 20130111 @ 08h00:

Code: Select all
  1           7007 01/11 08:00:46 00:00:22 IT                                          0.00 0119733915
             SMDR REPORT FOR [                 ] Jan/11/2013 08:01

I managed to load this data with no errors using the latest version of the plugin. You can find this version in the forum post: Which plugin do I use for the Samsung 7400?

The entries that looks like 'funny' characters' is a line entry the PABX sends off.
Depending on the editor or display you use it is visible or not:

  1. Shows as blue lines in EditPad Pro:

  2. Not visible:
    Code: Select all
    ===========================================================================================================================

      T EXT  AUTH TRK  MM/DD STT.TIME DURATION FG DIALED DIGIT       ACCOUNT CODE MCNT     COST CLIP NUMBER  CLIP NAME

    ===========================================================================================================================

                 SMDR REPORT FOR [                 ] Jan/11/2013 08:00

      T EXT  AUTH TRK  MM/DD STT.TIME DURATION FG DIALED DIGIT       ACCOUNT CODE MCNT     COST CLIP NUMBER  CLIP NAME

  3. Funny characters in Note Pad:

The issue seems to be that TNG is not logging new call details to the raw.txt file. NOTE: what every TNG receives, after every EOL(end of line character) it will be written to the raw.txt whether it could translate it to call details displayed on the Call List page or not.

I would suggest make sure:
  • that putty is not still connecting to the PABX and
  • thereafter stop/start TNG.
  • double-check that TNG is configured to connect to the same network and IP. If keep alive is enabled, disable it and make a test call. Check if received on Call List page, if not check if in raw.txt file. Confirm the date and time of the call. NOTE: If the PABX date-time is out, this is the time that will show in TNG.

The issue was caused due to TNG being moved from a 32-bit to a 64-bit PC. The file path for the plugin is different and therefore TNG could not pick up the plugin to translate the call data.

Refer to post - Putty has calls, but not Call List page or in raw.txt file
