- Scenario:
When I go to the 'View Agents' screen, I can see recordings for today's date (2013-01-14):

On the 'Search Recordings' screen when I click on the search for today's recordings icon, it shows no calls:

NOTE: The 'AQM' column has a value, namely 'A'. If there are no recordings flagged for AQM in the search range, there will be no result.
Suggestion:
Before entering your search criteria, click on the clear search fields icon (fifth from the right). This will remove any values entered in the search field - like the 'A' under 'AQM'.
- Scenario:
Make sure of your date time selection when doing a search:

NOTE: If you do not click on the tick (left hand side under the FROM section), it will not save your date-time selection and use the previous date-time selection for your search.
