I received the link to download your master.csv file. We will setup access to download the file from the drop-box link.

To load your csv file, we will then need to setup a test TNG to try and simulate your query.

I will give you feedback as soon as possible.

    Dear Stephen

  • We were able to load your master CSV file into a TNG 4* on a Virtual machine running astrisk PABX.
The last call detail in TNG matches with the last call detail in the CSV file.

  • Our TNG was running on a low spec machine so auto purge started at 136076.

  • Please make sure that TNG is connected to the AMI and the screen is not as follows.
    TNG4.png

  • Our TNG 4* is running versions 1.1.1.11

  • We receive no errors while loading in the data.

  • Here below is a screen shot of our configuration. It will differ because we are importing the raw data you have sent from a different location.

  • We suggest possibly upgrading to the latest version of TNG4* to see if it resolves your issue.

  • Please not this version is TNGlive for Asterisk.
A dealer code is required if you do not have a dealer code please contact Datatex and query about creations.
