TES: import phone book numbers

Required:

1. TES Version 1.0.0.49.
2. Access level is 8 or admin.

Steps:

• Log into TES with required access level.
• Go to the 'User Settings' menu (mouse-over display 'Administration'):

• Click on the 'Import Numbers' link:

• The import file must be a CSV (CommaDelimited) File with the following columns:

  Code: Select all

  Number,Destination,Group Description,Business Call
     (e.g. 0847121234,ABC Company,ABC Suppliers,False)

• Use the 'Browse' button to navigate to the file location, select the file and click on 'APPLY' to activate import.
