The version of the TNG software installed is 1.0.6.0.
Your instructions all relate to 1.0.6.6.
The version 1.0.6.6 only relates to re-import of rawdata. If your TNG expiry date is before 01 December 2009, you can upgrade to 1.0.6.6. There are other options to re-import call details, for example using the export files - which requires version 1.0.5.6.
How do I determine the gaps in the data?
If you go to the
login page of TNG, it will show for how long it has call details in it. You can then use this to determine the
oldest date in TNG. Once logged in you can go to the '
Call List' page and see the
newest date. Now you have the date range for calls in TNG.
You then need to do a search under reports to see which is missing - under 'Detailed Reports' you can use the 'Transaction Detail Report'. I will suggest starting with the most current dates and work back.
Steps:- Confirm date ranges for missing gaps of call details.

- Confirm if raw data files available from SMDRLink.
