Sweeper successfull, AMETHYST Supervisor can't see recording

The PABX unit:
Make sure that the date of the call data is todays date.

TOPAZ:
Make a test call and check if you can see the call data in
TOPAZ.
Make sure that the date of the PC is todays date. If the PABX
unit does not give off a date, then the PC date is used as the date
of the call data.

AGENTS PC:
Check if the recording is made. The test call must be more
than 20 seconds.
Check if the PC date is todays date.

AMTSWEEPER:
C:\Program Files\Datatex\Amethyst\work\
C:\Program Files\Datatex\Amethyst\temp\
AMETHYST: My recordings are writing to a full drive.

Supervisor:
Check if the PC date is todays date, since this is the date
used, when selecting calls for "today" for your call centre group.
I can see the agent on the AMETHYST server, but not on the supervisor
