AMETHYST will auto update all enabled extension on the MSL page (Mitel) to the AMETHYST Device List. It will use an agent license.

NOTE: Only MSL Devices in a connected status will be recorded.

To view the MSL list:
MSL: How do I check if a device is connected?

All extension to be recorded must have a tick in the status column, else it is not connected and will not be recorded. To configure the physical phone to be connected, it must point to the SRC.

For example of how to point the phone to the SRC see:

Attached is the screenshot showing the extension is connected. The phone is also pointing to the correct place. What do you suggest?
