AMETHYST Supervisor error: Class not registered

Overview:

Once the recording is selected, AMETHYST will retrieve the recording
from the server and then use Windows Media player to listen to the
recording.

Try the following:

Make sure that your Windows Media Player on the Supervisor PC can play
a test recording.

The only similiar error that we came across was "library not registered".
SEE SSL: I get an error "Library not registered" when I try to listen to a recording

Get the IT Department to re-install the Windows operating system.
