User Detail Report empty

Postby NickHil » Tue May 14, 2013 10:08 am

Hi

Fault with info displayed in our User Detail report. Running Asterisk 1.8.7 and TNG Version 1.0.7.7 [4*].
Importing using CSV. Log raw data to raw.txt - Permanent and swap pin and account codes ticked.
Asterisk and TNG are running on the same server.

Here is an example of the /var/log/asterisk/cdr-custom/Master.csv where our CSV is being imported.
"","","49","from-internal","Local/49@from-queue-2f56;2","SIP/49-00000e54","Dial","SIP/49,60,trM(auto-blkvm)","2013-05-14 07:35:06","","2013-05-14 07:35:10","4","0","NO ANSWER","DOCUMENTATION","","1368509706.7981",""

Example of /etc/asterisk/cdr_custom.conf
[mappings]
Master.csv => "${CDR(clid)}","${CDR(src)}","${CDR(dst)}","${CDR(dcontext)}","${CDR(channel)}","${CDR(dstchannel)}",
"${CDR(lastapp)}","${CDR(lastdata)}","${CDR(start)}","${CDR(answer)}","${CDR(end)}","${CDR(duration)}",
"${CDR(billsec)}","${CDR(disposition)}","${CDR(amaflags)}","${CDR(accountcode)}","${CDR(uniqueid)}",
"${CDR(userfield)}"

Pin codes and user names have been entered into User Configuration page.
Did a synchronize with the PIN users aswell but still the same.

Regards
Nick

Dear Nick

We checked and compared the output format of your data and found that it differs from the standard output format.
TNG 4 Asterisk output format.txt

The file attached starts with the data from your Asterisk server and then the standard output format. As per telephonic conversation earlier, I briefly explain that your data has only 2 date fields and due to this all other fields are shifted. In the standard format all 3 date fields has values.

Please click on link below to access forum post with sample of the output format:
TNG and Asterisk: Suggested setup

Please configure your Asterisk as per suggested setup in above post. Once complete, make a few test calls and draw reports in TNG to verify the reported information.

The links below has samples of speeddial calls and other call types:

Thanks for the feedback. Ok heres my output now. Still experiancing the same problem.

/var/log/asterisk/cdr-custom/Master.csv

""RM Stores" <51>","51","33","from-internal","SIP/51-00001c03","SIP/33-00001c04","Dial","SIP/33,,trI","2013-05-17 08:15:46","2013-05-17 08:15:51","2013-05-17 08:19:21","215","210","ANSWERED","DOCUMENTATION","","1368771346.14648",""

As compared to your "Outgoing transferred unanswered (from test exten 8888 to office no. 011 797 2021 when answered transferred to internal exten 5009 then not answered)"

""0215924033" <8888>","8888","0117972021","default-alldtxout","SIP/8888-09404d60","Zap/1-1","Dial","Zap/g1/0117972021|60","2007-11-01 12:34:21","2007-11-01 12:34:25","2007-11-01 12:34:35","14","10","ANSWERED","DOCUMENTATION","8888","1193913261.62",""

Could it be the double comma's in the SIP/33 after "Dial"?

Where does TNG read the pincodes from? Not seing anything in the cdr-custom/Master.csv log file. FreePBX is configured to record the PIN's in the cdr though.
