My client was running an earlier version than 1.0.7.6 and this was the reason 8ta numbers was billing at R0 , I upgraded TNG to version 1.0.7.6 only to find that the problem still persisted. I then tried upgrading to version 1.1.1.11 , unfortunately the update fails with an error message stating that it could not find a 'dll' file but doesn't specify the 'dll's name. The attached files contain screen shots of the system, logs and the error message. They are running Windows 2000 Server on the pc. The update version 1.1.1.8-3 does the same. Hope you can resolve this problem. Jansen
