Postby Dcdata » Wed Jul 17, 2013 11:32 am

Hi After updating and following the topic suggested viewtopic.php?f=24&t=3174
we still are not getting call costing on custom rates.

I have sent belinda a email showing the call costs screen.

To attach a screenshot (or file), you can use the 'Upload attachment' feature displayed under the post SAVE PREVIEW SUBMIT options. You first browse to the file (only allow jpg or png), click on 'Add the file'. You can also use the place inline option to display it at a specific place in the post, else it will list at the bottom of the post.

Note that if your TNG subscription has expired then you cannot make changes to the ratebook. If you make any changes to the custom ratebooks after expiry date it will not allow you. Please check the expiry date of your TNG.

Hi

Please can you have one of your development staff contact us to resolve this problem as this is a production server and we need to bill.

I will give a teamviewer to allow your development to connect in and fix this problem.

Hi,
I have recompiled the Custom Rate file and have attached it here. please do the following:
  • Stop TNG
  • cd to the /opt/datatex/tng/rates directory
  • rename the custom rate file with the ".so" extension to something else as a backup
  • Copy the attached file into the rates folder and rename it to the custom rate file with the ".so" extension
  • Start TNG
  • Go to the Cost calculator and select your custom rate and enter a number. Check that that custom value works

Please note that the file names are case sensitive.

If it works, place copy the attached file into the /opt/datatex/tng/rates/customrate folder to ensure that any new rates that are created, uses this new file.

password is datatex
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
