Problem with Kapersky Antivirus on PC Blocking TNG

Hi

My Techs have a problem with Kapersky antivirus Blocking The TNG on PC's . Has any one got an a solution to it. The only way they get it to work is to uninstall the antivirus and that is not a solution. The Kapersky is setup to allow the port and the TNG Program and still gives a problem.

What is the error it gives? Is there an error on the page or does the service not run or an event in the windows Event log?
Can you please supply an example of the error.

As per telephone conversation,
since TNG is still working but you do not receive call details from the PABX
- do a test:

Stop the TNG service and run a telnet to the PABX IP and port. See if it also stop receiving call details. This could point to a issue receiving call details from the PABX. You can check with your NEC PABX support if there are any known issue.

It could be the IP and port must also be allowed in the anti-virus.
