Hi,
I have compiled a copy for you. Can you please check that it works for you. You will have to stop TNG, rename the old neotel rates file in the rates folder and copy this one in. Then start TNG. You can do a check cost with on the cost calculator and then log file should then show the data as 2013 for the neotel rate file.

Hi Leon

Thanks for getting back.

I loaded the new neotel rate book as you said. but when i do a call rate calculation i get different values to the neotel rates provided

here is the price i get in TNGLive for yellow pages number.
2710118 ELECT YELLOW PAGES ( - (ZA) Long Distance C za_neotel R0.46

but on the neotel rates this should be R0.50
I Know it's 3 cents out but if you think of it like this if we made 1000 minutes in phone calls we would be R30 out.

I could be complete wrong and not looking at the rates correctly please could you see if the rates i have provide are the ones you have compiled.

We will setup a simulation and install TNG Asterisk. Thereafter load the ratebook Leon provided.

Once testing completed we will give you an update.

Hi John

Please can you explain the reason for having to send you all these tng.ini files?
I have multiple clients needing this do you want every single client? how with this help you?

I have asked for the reason why your Neotel rates do not match the Released Neotel Rates given to you in the post?

does it match your side?
if not this is a general problem and needs to be resolved!

We do not have a Neotel switchboard and therefore our setup will not match what you are using.
We need the information to configure the local area information.

With our setup we get a cost, but it is incorrect due to our switchboard number not being a NeoTel number.

Calls between NeoTel numbers and between NeoTel and Telkom is also at different cost, also local and national costing for both. To take all of this in account and ensure we do proper testing, we want your configuration details.

As explained with previous support issues logged, we need to investigate one issue at a time and then see if it is the same issue.

We setup different test scenarios and then we can draw a conclusion.
