Windows Vista/7: uninstall TNG with ADD/REMOVE programs

How do I uninstall TNG with ADD/REMOVE programs on Windows Vista and 7?

First stop the TNG service.
START -> CONTROL PANEL -> Administrative Tools -> Services
Click on TNG from the list of services and then on the STOP link.

START -> CONTROL PANEL -> PROGRAMS AND FEATURES.
Wait for list of programs to populate.
Click on TNG from the list of programs and then on the UNINSTALL above the list of programs:
