Call Detail Report Drill down and Summary not displaying cos

Hi Support ,

Could you please assist with this mather .

Why would the costing differ from summary to drill down on the specific account.

Please see attached zip with screenshots with examples.

To ensure that the linking of account codes is correct, please do a synchronize of the data for the period of the reports you attached.

To synchronize data, please use refer to forum post and use the 'select all' option and :
How do I synchronize TNG data?

Once the synchronize is updated, you can pull the reports again.

Since it is costing that you require,
you can select under optional selection criteria
the 'Call Outcome' as 'Outgoing Answered'.

With this setting we will only be looking at calls that should have a cost.

If you also need to see unanswered outgoing calls, you select 'Outgoing'. NOTE: if you have analog lines, your call duration will include the ringtime and it will be part of the costing in TNG - the PABX call details includes this in the call duration.

Thank you for the feedback .

I followed the instructions as you requested and did the sync but when the reports are being pulled i am still getting the fault where the costing does not match up , the client sees this as a serious problem because they now consider the reporting to be unaccurate and they cant trust it.

They are only using a neotel sip trunk.

Could you please assist

Thank you for the quick response.

  1. After the synchronize and pulling reports for only outgoing calls,
    was the totals exactly as per your screenshots?

  2. Can you please export the same reports to CSV. If the totals are different that before my suggestions, you will need to give new examples. I will then compare the CSV output to the reports.
NOTE: We will need some time to do the comparison.

Hi Belinda ,

To answer question 1 , yes the reporting showed the costing exactly like the screenshot i posted the first time.

I currently cant export to csv as this feature is not available in this version of your TNG application.

Is there and alternative way ?
