USBClient:
Remove the agent:
Close the USBClient on the PC you want to remove it from.
Remove the software from the PC.
By default it is installed in the
'C:\Program Files\Datatex\USBClient' folder.
Disconnect the USBTap and cables (usb cable and flat phone cable).
Re-connect the telephone cable (curley cord) to the base of the
telephone (where the flat phone cable was connected).
Log into AMETHYST Administrator.
Click on the 'Amethyst Home Page' icon.
Click on the 'Maintain Agents' link.
Click on the agent you want to remove.
Click on the 'Delete' button.
Add the new agent:
Install the USBClient on the PC for the new agent.
Connect the USBTap and cables.
Open the USBClient program. The agent information
will be updated to AMETHYST.

the AMETHYST Administrator (the same as with USBClient).

Follow the above instruction to remove the agent via
the AMETHYST Administrator (the same as with USBClient).
The wiring on the Krono block needs to be changed to record
the new extensions.
