Release notes:
- Web Admin 1.6.4.17 (previous version was 1.6.4.15)
Now includes the list of devices in the critical error message if there is a license overrun.
Fixed bug where the cardserver configuration could be submitted twice by double-clicking on apply, wiping out the configuration.
I/O errors are now sent to myAccount.
Fixed bug where Ubuntu network configuration could be damaged on Ubuntu 11.10 and 12.04 if there were DNS nameservers configured in /etc/network/interfaces.
License errors are now sent as critical errors and not critical warnings.
Changed the location where the disk space results are kept to avoid a problem where the disk space results were wiped out on system reboot.
Added support for new Supervisor application to status screen.
Added new configuration screen for SIP Recorder.
Extension/MAC and Extension/IP lookup tables can now be edited on the VoIPRecorder screen.
Archiving can be configured to be "none", to support servers that don't need it.
Fixed bug introduced in 1.6.4.16 where logs were not being written.
Fixed minor display bug where "AQM" was shown instead of "Client Playback" when printing the license request for client playback. - Sweeper 1.6.4.9 (previous version was 1.6.4.8)
Now reports a critical error to myAccount if the Sweeper stops because of errors.
- Amethyst Event Manager 1.6.3.2 (previous version was 1.6.4.0)
Downgraded to older version because of bug in forwarding.
- Server 1.6.4.18 (previous version was 1.6.4.14)
Low disk space warnings from CRE / VoIPRecorder / Cardserver is now sent as a critical error.
Will not prefix an underscore if no Remote ID is configured.
AEM Host changed to server IP instead of localhost - this is to fix problems where MyAccount cannot distinguish between multiple servers with the same (i.e. localhost) IP and no ID configured.
Fixed bug where prompt list was not initialised when a new CTI device was created, potentially causing other new CTI devices not to display on the list.
Changed Card / CRE monitor to use different network code as the previous code was not handling the volume at larger sites.
Cardserver forwarding rules are now applied to early matching as well.
- AMTClient 1.6.4.3 (previous version was 1.6.4.2)
Fixed bug that would sometimes cause an error to show on the screen when the service was stopped.
Client will now always be fully visible when popping up.
- AMTMitel 1.6.4.23 (previous version was 1.6.4.16)
Fixed bug with ACD hotdesk and making calls.
Fixed bug where call details for ACD hot desk extensions were not given to the CRE.
Fixed bug where it tried to open new devices and re-test failed devices while it is not connected to the PABX.
Fixed bug where time since last successful was not reported correctly in myAccount error (added in 1.6.4.16).
Fixed minor bug where attempts to re-test failed trunk devices would be logged.
AMTMitel now stops debug logs after 48 hours.
Fix for SIP trunks where the telephone number would not always be given to the CRE - problem is that the SIP trunk cannot be monitored, but a trunk object is created for it to keep call information on.
For the first call on a specific SIP trunk (and it increments until number 2000 or so and wraps around), the trunk object may not yet have been created. The fix is to create the trunk object when call details are available.
Both number and direction are now updated (fixes direction on CRE recordings when SIP trunks are used).
Changed to retrieve the username from MiTAI at the start of each call if the username has not been updated within the last minute.
Gets username of other party from MiTAI on internal calls.
- Cardserver version 1.6.4.16 (previous version was 1.6.4.13)
Added support for LG LDK 50.
Added support for Avaya IP Office.
Fixed bug where loss-of-signal alarm did not work on AudioRecv configurations.
- CRE version 1.6.4.42 (previous version was 1.6.4.32)
Fixed bug in jitter buffer overflow handling that could cause a floating point error. See details below.
Bug fixes for crash / access violation on re-connect.
Now only checks for the tunnels process every 5 seconds.
Fixed bug in INI handling that could cause CRE INI files to be wiped out or CRE to crash.
Fixed bug with invalid device names appearing on device list when hot desks are used with dynamic device updates.
Switched to using one thread for UDP (to reduce the number of threads and associated slowness).
Fixed a bug in the UDP handling where a zero-byte packet causes the UDP processing to stop.
No longer increments the UDP port numbers, but reuses freed ports (this is absolutely necessary for Hotdesk installations, where taps are added and removed all the time).
Added support for call destination from AMTMitel - currently used for internal calls.
Workaround for bug where "netstat" does not always give the application name - the CRE now only checks for an established connection on port 6810, and not that the connection is controlled by dtxsrctunnels.
