FW errror relates to Firmware issue.

Suggestion:

NOTE: While Cardserver is shut down, no recordings will take place. If you have more than one recording card the shutdown will influence recordings made by the other cards.

1. Shut the Cardserver down.
2. Wait at least 30 seconds to release all power.
3. Power the Cardserver up.
4. Do some test calls for the channel of the board that you received errors for, to see if it recovered.
