What is the Amethyst notes report

When you listen to a recording in the Amethsyt supervisor,
you will see a Notes report button at the top.
This report is for clients that integrate with Amethyst and
inject there own notes into the USBClients.
This is a question-answer concept.
The report will display the questions with there answers next to each other.
The format of the notes are as follows.
@This is a question|This is the answer(End with carriage return)
