The rawdata in the 'new' file created after the rename has the correct date and time. If this is the data you get from the PABX then you should have no issues.

I think at some point in the past the date-time was in the future. On the TNG Call List page this will only be noticed day by day as it only displays the last 50 entries for today and yesterday.

Best option will be to blank the database and re-import the raw.txt files, but before importing the raw.txt files make sure that the date-time is correct. There is no easy way to do this. You will need to check office hours against the time calls logged in the raw.txt.

Other option is to blank the call details and log calls from here on. If you pull a report for after tomorrow and it has call details, then there are still data in the future being sent off. You can setup a scheduled report to keep track of this.

To ensure calls are logged during office hours you can setup the alert notifications - refer to forum post:
TNG Alarm Configuration (TNG v1.0.6.5 or newer)
If the time is in the future, it will help show early in the morning that you have no calls.

I will setup TNG on another PC and run more test and get back to you.

I have deleted the database so it is now black, I tried reimporting the data and it still comes up with todays date but in the log file it show the correct date.
I then deleted for the data files for a second time and just let it log but still no data into the TNg, shows in log file??

Dear Frank

I loaded your rawdata files.

I have calls upto 9 September 2013 and then 17 September 2013, which is the day on which I did the import. The rawdata files is marked until 12 September.

I will need to investigate further. I suspect there is an issue with the date. If the rawdata date is invalid the plugin will use the PC date.

Regards

Belinda

The date format in the rawdata is dd/mm, it should be mm/dd.

Code: Select all
                                                            20/08/2013 PAGE 825
CLASS  TIME DATE  LINE DURATION  STATION   DIALLED No./CLI  RD/COST ACCOUNT
01 POT   07:58 20/08 001  00:00:49 200        0357974611             0
02 POT   08:02 20/08 001  00:01:20 201        0315694750             0
03 POT   08:19 20/08 001  00:00:21 201        03170514043            0

The date format of the PABX must be set as per forum post for plugin:
PABX3 Plugin:Phillips NEC IPC100 software 7.0H release 5.0.1

Configuration required on PABX:
SMDR Date Format must be set to 'American'
OR set the Programming mode: 35-02-14=01

Conclusion:

The standard format required by the plugin is mm/dd. If the date in the rawdata cannot be translated for example '20/08', it will use the current date of the PC.

The first 12 days of the month will load, but for the wrong month (same day of month for each month).
After the 12th it will use the PC date and if loaded live you will not notice it.

If you re-load rawdata, then you are most likely to pick up this problem sooner.

We have update the plugin to work with both date formats:
  • dd/mm
  • mm/dd
