Hi am having a issue where all outgoing calls through a telkom trunk are not costing. The sip trunk works fine. Attached is the call made to our office the number is 0333446100. What I have noticed is that somehow its not picking up the destination of calls.
The csv log shows the following.

Strange enough though is that calls through the sip trunk are fine. Is it perhaps the name of my trunk that causing issue here?
