Force CSV processing?

Hi. We use TNG with a CSV file based CDR import. Normally TNG processes the file automatically at 1:00 in the morning every day, but we need to trigger a process run manually. Is this possible?

Please attached tng.log file as discussed telephonically.

We suggest using the 'Asterisk CSV File Import' option.

The format of the CSV required is the cdr-custom. Asterisk has two options cdr-custom and master, both writes out a file named master.csv. Be sure to use the file in the cdr-custom folder. For TNG configuration with Asterisk, please refer to forum post:

All came right. When I checked later the data was showing, so unfortunately I'm not sure what the issue was. Thanks for your attention.
