Hi Guys
I can't get into our administrator web console even though the supervisor site works. I'm pretty sure that nothing has changed. Would you please assist.

If you can access the Supervisor, but not the Webadmin please check if a firewall or proxy is not blocking port 3080.
If this does not resolve the issue, we will need to log onto the AMETHYST server and investigate why the webadmin software is not accessible. We will need to quote you for a remote call out (provided you can give us SSH access to the AMETHYST server) or a site visit.

Hi Belinda
We can telnet to the location but we cannot browse. The site is also internal so there is no firewall blocking it and we have no proxy. Nothing has changed recently.

We will need to investigate on the AMETHYST server.
I will ask Sales to send you a quote for the remote call out.
