The TNG Simple All Custom rates options is currently only available for Windows. This is why your testing on TNG for Asterisk shows zero costing.

I had an issue on my PC yesterday, once I have it sorted I will complete the testing of your rates in TNGLive (Windows).

My apologies for the delay.

As far as the Asterisk AMI errors, please check with your technician if he managed to make the changes as per telephone conversation - refer to forum post:
TNG4* Custom CSV is correct format but not logging calls

I would also suggest checking the size of the master.csv file. If it did not import it might be huge. Try to move it away to a backup location and see if the new file that is created is imported into TNG.

I tested the All_Custom_Simple custom ratebook feature with TNGLive Windows (with buffer) version 1.1.1.11.

I exported your Excel file as Comma Delimited CSV and renamed to .txt file extension.

I then added the entries to the all_custom_simple.ini as described in the configuration:
TNG - Simple Custom Rate

My rates picked up a costing:

If your testing was done on a TNGLive for Asterisk, then that is the issue. On Linux the .dll file is replaced with a .so file. We have not released one for Linux yet.

TNG does not have a ratebook for ECN and all the ECN prefixes was not part of the exchange file.

For ECN you must enter for example a Telkom number for your area on install under Area Information and select the ratebook for the number you used - not the ECN switchboard number. This will ensure the Exchange file is buildt correct.

You can then setup your custom ratebook using the Simple Custom option as discussed. This will apply for any Provider TNG does not have a ratebook for. Once you have configure your ratebook you can select it as your default ratebook.

The latest version of TNG now has the ECN number range - refer to forum post:TNG Update 1.1.1.12
NOTE: You still need to follow the same process to setup your own custom rates.
