USBClient in CTI mode will only trigger to record if the TAPI START message is received.
It is sent on UDP port 27002.
Please use the attached tool to to check if the message is received on the USBClient PC.
Download and unrar, password is 'datatex':
UDPListen-password.rar
Stop the AMTPCClient service.
Run the UDPListen and change the listen port to 27002:

Make a test call.
Click on LISTEN.
If no string is received in the blank block, then the PC is not receiving START mesages.
To see if the port is available, click on SEND.
The string next to send must appear in the blank block.
If not, please ask IT to open UDP port 27002.
