Hi,
This TNG is now in a state where it requires a buffer. The only way that I have seen this happen in the past, was an incorrectly modified tng.INI file. The simplest and fastest way to resolve this will be to re-install the TNG.
I will also recommend that you use a newer version of TNG, since this version is quite old and we have simplified how we do the licensing in the 1.1 versions. There is also a Simple Custom Rates facility that allows you to create and maintain many of the rates on TNG.
There are
other postshere on the forum that explains that you don't need all the default settings configured in the manager interface, that also reduces the load on the asterisk server.
Please follow the following steps to keep the old data and allow the re-import of the old data.
- Stop TNG
- Make a backup copy of your TNG folder to another folder.
- Uninstall the current version of TNG
- Rename the installation TNG folder that is left behind, since the config file will stay there and the re-installed version would just use it again.
- Install TNG 1.1.1.12. Please ensure that you use the same client details as before to ensure that the licensing can be transferred properly. (You should be able to get the Client details the settings in the old INI file)
- Configure TNG to load the CSV file and make sure it loads the file.
If you had the users already configured on the old TNG and you want to re-use them without re-configuring them you will have to follow the following steps.
- Stop TNG
- Copy the extensions, Users and Department files from the old data folder to the new Data folder. Do not copy the DATA files as this will mess up your licensing again.
- If you want all the calls to re-import, move the current DATA files away and new ones will be created when the CSV file is re-imported.
- Start TNG.
All the previous data that was imported into the old TNG will be in the processed folder in the old TNG folder. You can "cat" all those CSV files into one large file and point your TNG to that CSV file and it will import all that data as well. Just remember to point your TNG back to the correct location afterwards to get live data again.
Kind regards
Leon
