As per telephone conversation:
Calls loaded only until 17 July 2014.
Last call in export file for 17 July 2014 was the same day.
Looks like the date issue has been sorted.
Please confirm the following:
- Asterisk version
- Platform Asterisk runs on, for example FreePBX
- TNG version - 1.1.1.12
- Total physical memory of Asterisk server.
- Percentage of memory allocated to TNG.

Please try the following:
Does the master.csv file have call details since 17 July 2014.
- If so, please stop/start TNG and check if the calls start processing - look at the record count on the Call List Page. If it still does not receive call details in TNG, you will need to restart the Asterisk softe ware. TNG needs to connect to the AMI (Asterisk) to receive call details.
- If the master.csv does not have any call details, then Asterisk did not write it out,
you must investigate on the Asterisk side.
