Thank you for the files:
  • The mapping looks correct (cdr_custom file).
  • All 3 dates in the master.csv file is for today.
The Asterisk server's date also showed ast 2014-07-17.

I am not sure why the date shows as 2013-10 in TNG.

I suggest to log a remote call out with us. This will be billable.

The AMI events seems the same as another query.

For solution please refer to topic:

As per telephone conversation:
Calls loaded only until 17 July 2014.
Last call in export file for 17 July 2014 was the same day.
Looks like the date issue has been sorted.

Please confirm the following:

  1. Asterisk version
  2. Platform Asterisk runs on, for example FreePBX
  3. TNG version - 1.1.1.12
  4. Total physical memory of Asterisk server.
  5. Percentage of memory allocated to TNG.
    For more details see forum post: How many calls can my TNG handle?
Please try the following:

Does the master.csv file have call details since 17 July 2014.
  1. If so, please stop/start TNG and check if the calls start processing - look at the record count on the Call List Page. If it still does not receive call details in TNG, you will need to restart the Asterisk softe ware. TNG needs to connect to the AMI (Asterisk) to receive call details.
  2. If the master.csv does not have any call details, then Asterisk did not write it out,
    you must investigate on the Asterisk side.

I changed the following settings back to the original settings:

read = system, command
write = system, command

Original settings:

read = all
write = all, originate

Everything seems to be working now.
