TNGLive: Registered, but not activated

I am running TNGLive for Asterisk.

On the activation screen it shows registered, but not activated.
The License Manager on the Datatex side does not show it tried to connect to from the TNGLive client.

Scenario 1:

The company name must be less that 45 characers long.
Once corrected, please click on the activation button again.
