My TNGLive shows registered, but cannot be activated.

Please check the TNG.log for entries.

    Your TNGLive has communication with the License Manager, but there are issues with the information provided from your TNG server that does not allow it to be activated.

    Suggestions:

    After following the suggestion, please log out of TNG and then in again. Click on the Register/Activate button.

    • Please check that the company name is not longer than 40 characters.
      If so, stop the TNG serice/deamon. Update the tng.ini file. Start the service/deamon. Click on the activate button again.

    • If the dealer code was added on install, please check that the Alphabetic characters is uppercase.
      If not, stop the TNG serice/deamon. Update the tng.ini file. Start the service/deamon. Click on the activate button again.

    • If it is a TNGLive for Asterisk which was moved or re-installed, there could be an issue with the serial number that does not allow registration. Please give Datatex Support remote access to investigate.
