How do I change the USBClient to VOX mode?

Overview:

All USBClients must run either in CTI or VOX mode. CTI and VOX tells it when to start/trigger
the recording. This message is received from TAPILINK.

When a recording client receives a message from AMTTAPILINK it will go into CTI mode. This
means that only AMTTAPILINK can start and stop them. If you want the client to go back to
VOX mode(normal voice). Right click on the agent from the supervisor and select start. This
will put the client into VOX and it will work normally until it gets another TAPI command.

Overview:

To change it to VOX mode you need to edit the USBClient.ini and set CLIENTSTATE to '0' for VOX.

Please note that the CTI message is sent from AMTTAPI and can therefore change the mode set in
USBClient.ini.
