Waiting on Dial Plan and Peer List

Hi guys,

I hope all is well on your side.
We have another site that is unable to import the latest call data, and we are seeing the following in the TNG log:
2015-01-19 12:00:25:279 [1.1.1.12] - [AMI LOG] - Waiting on Dial Plan and Peer List

TNG is installed on a separate system but it has been working well for a long time until now.
The manger settings are as follows:

secret = ****
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0

write = system,command
writetimeout=10000

TNG version: 1.1.1.12

Please may I ask for your urgent assistance?

Further to my initial post:

When running TNG in the foreground (minus the 'D' option), I see the following:

ChannelInExtensions: channel="1221" cleanExt="1221" aliasExt="1221"
ChannelInExtensions: channel="1221" cleanExt="1221" aliasExt="1221"
ChannelInExtensions: channel="1220" cleanExt="1220" aliasExt="1220"
ChannelInExtensions: channel="1220" cleanExt="1220" aliasExt="1220"

Also, the "ami.txt" log shows that communication between the TNG system and Asterisk is taking place - there are stacks of log entries similar the following:

Also for what PABX this is and what plugin was used

This client's PBX system is "Asterisk-1.4.26.1".
Please find the "ami.txt.zip" file attached.

I am not sure what plugin is being used but did find the following in the "tng.ini" config file:

Hi Guys

We had the exact same issue with another client. Rebooting the PBX has not helped resolve the issue. The clients don't receive any data in their TNG reports. We see the same error as above.

What information do you need to help us resolve this issue?

This info from the TNG logs appears every 15 minutes.

2015-08-06 09:00:00:633 [1.1.1.12] - [AMI LOG] - Dialplan Processed.
2015-08-06 09:00:05:637 [1.1.1.12] - [AMI LOG] - Waiting on Dial Plan and Peer List

PBX: Asterisk 1.4.26.1

The symptoms are exactly as described below. Please can you assist us with resolving this issue. If we can help you with any further information please let us know.
