The error states that the drive is full and that it will stop processing calls. The recording is still taking place, there is just not space to bring the recordings into the Main System.

Please check the Available disk space (exclusive drives) and if there is not enough space one of the following can be done:

Add additional space (Virtual drive)
or
Enable Purge to remove older calls

Hi,
Sorry, I was not clear, Log into the Amethyst Webadmin and Click on the "Available Backspace" link in the SYSTEM box. This will show what is on the Amethyst Server.

You can see the last 2 drives are both full.
Can you add another drive to store more live or do you want to reduce the amount of data that you store live?

Hi,
As per telephonic conversation, We are quoting to assist remotely to configure the additional disk space once your VM team has allocated the additional space.

Kind Regards
