I did simulated your problem.this was my finding.
you'll have to uncheck "Swop Accountcode and Pincode fields" on Communication Configuration.
please note that tng makes provision of pin codes and account code - this depends on the PBX
Pin codes tipically codes that allow you to dial out
account code is used to identify a call.e.g link the call to a client
