TNG crashing

Hi,

Brief history, in case it might be important:
- Migrated Physical server to VM
- TNG stopped working - license
- Upgraded TNG from 1070 to 1113 on Datatex advice
- TNG started working
- Had call quality issues.
- Stopped TNG for 2 weeks (as it uses quite a bit of CPU sometimes)
- Started TNG after two weeks - now it crashes.

Started TNG without "-D".

Rename exchange.dat file

Run Rates update
