Unable to run reports

Postby Dcdata » Mon Mar 07, 2016 9:13 am

Good morning guys,

We've found that none of the reports are loading.
The reports page lists all reports but when clicking on any Detailed or Summary report, the report never loads.
We are running TNG for Asterisk 1.1.1.12
Any ideas why?

Good Morning DcData

How big is the report?

Is the call list updating in case the database is corrupt.

Kind Regards

Hi Luanda,

Thank you for your reply.

The report will more than likely be big but TNG is not even allowing me to run the report. Nothing happens when I click on "Extension Detail Report" in the reports menu. The browser simply sits there waiting for the next screen that would allow the date and other criteria to be selected. After minutes of waiting the connection eventually times out and I have to re-login to TNG.

I've tried restarting TNG but it hasn't helped but I have noticed that TNG takes hours to start and get to the point where I can access the web interface on port 7080.

There are a fair amount of calls in this system '1data_1.1.1.x.dat' and '2data_1.1.1.x.dat' are around 780 MB in size each. I am not sure if this perhaps pointing to the issue?

Yes. New calls are showing in "Call list".

Many thanks.

Good Evening David

You have a big database, can you plank your database.
let TNG rebuild a new one. TNG will take time to load depending on the number of ext's you have.

give it 20 to 30 min if you have ext more than 500.

Thank you Luanda.

By 'plank' the database, I am assuming that I should delete 1data* and 2data*?

Hi David

Yes, but don't delete just rename or move the files to another location.

Kind Regards
